Responsibilities:

• Daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the owner
• Running a quality operation
• Ensuring staff adherence to standards and procedures while understanding the needs and wants of our customers
• Manage restaurant to exceed standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness and consistently monitor product and labor costs
