Pizza Ranch in Waite Park is looking for a proven restaurant leader to join our management team as an Operations Manager. This role is ideal for someone who understands restaurant operations, can motivate a team during high-volume shifts, and takes pride in creating both operational excellence and a positive workplace culture. As Manager, you will partner closely with the General Manager to lead daily operations, coach and develop team members, manage labor and food costs, and drive overall restaurant performance. We are looking for someone who brings energy, accountability, leadership presence, and a genuine passion for hospitality. What You'll Be Responsible For Leading daily restaurant operations and ensuring smooth execution during high-volume shifts Coaching, developing, and holding team members accountable Driving guest satisfaction and creating memorable dining experiences Assisting with scheduling, labor management, and food cost controls Maintaining strong operational standards and cleanliness Supporting hiring, onboarding, and team development Helping drive sales growth and overall restaurant profitability Leading by example with professionalism, urgency, and positivity What We're Looking For Restaurant management experience required Strong leadership and team-building abilities Proven ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment Experience with labor control, food cost management, and staffing Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to coach and motivate employees at all levels Dependable, organized, and results-driven mindset Nights and weekend availability required Join us as a Restaurant Manager where your leadership fuels memorable dining experiences!
