Starbucks Supervisor Ozarks Health Care • Foundation West Plains , MO Support Services Full Time , Days , 7-7 Req # 9240 Lead and manage by example; all personnel at the coffee shop in accomplishing tasks, responding to customer needs, & ensuring drink quality is consistently meeting standards. In the absence of the BOC (Business Operations Coordinator), the supervisor would oversee the schedule of employees for daily coverage of the store and maintain adequate personnel to accomplish tasks. Supervises the day to day operations with customers and employees, maintaining Starbucks in clean and orderly manner, and ensuring all tasks and transaction areas are completed daily. Establish & maintain trust by showing honesty, responsibility, and promoting excellence in the customer service experience for all. Oversee and assist with the processing of all Starbucks orders received. Monitor inventory and ordering with Hiland and Nestle, replenishing as needed and communicating with BOC for needs and ordering through Webstaurant and Amazon. Proficient in preparing coffee-based and other specialty beverages according to recipe standards, taking orders, and accurately handling the Point of Sale operations. Know, adhere to, and provide service to all customers and co-workers according to the Standards of Behavior, leading all staff to follow the same standards. Always be prepared to pass Health Inspections by performing periodic food safety checks & ensuring products are rotated and dated to maintain freshness, verifying all equipment is kept in proper working condition, and water temperatures are to standards. Assisting BOC with pre-training and paperwork for new employees. Responsible for continued training to confirm the competency of new employees on the floor of POS operations, meeting drink standards, and following all policies and procedures.
