Cajuns Fabulous Fried Chicken Inc is looking for an energetic and experienced Fast Food Manager to lead our team in Gulfport, MS! Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure speed, quality, and customer satisfaction Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff Monitor food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance standards Manage inventory, food costs, and supply ordering to minimize waste Handle cash management, daily sales reporting, and shift reconciliation Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience Drive team performance through coaching, motivation, and accountability

Requirements:

Prior experience in fast food or quick-service restaurant (QSR) management required Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team Knowledge of food safety regulations and ServSafe certification (preferred) Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Solid communication and conflict-resolution skills Basic math and computer skills for inventory and reporting tasks High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or higher a plus
