You'll sell, coach, and crawl under houses doing inspections yourself until your team can carry the work. What You Bring A track record of leading teams to measurable results in a process-driven, hands-on environment Experience building or enforcing SOPs A proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain good people The discipline to have hard conversations early A working knowledge of sales, marketing, and capacity planning A hunger for feedback and improvement Composure and focus under pressure Physical Demands Expect to crawl and belly-crawl through tight, dark spaces and handle light hand tools.
