What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll support deli operations by assisting the Deli Manager with leadership, training, and day‑to‑day decision making. Duties include helping supervise team members, maintaining food quality and safety standards, managing inventory and ordering, supporting merchandising and displays, controlling costs, and ensuring the deli runs smoothly during each shift. You'll also help set the tone for teamwork, customer service, and professionalism while working alongside the team.
