Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to quality standards. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a high-performing team dedicated to excellent customer experiences. Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to maintain top-tier quality and compliance with health regulations. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies. Monitor financial performance by analyzing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, and implementing cost control measures. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and workplace safety regulations across all departments. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold our reputation for outstanding service. Supervise kitchen operations including food production, catering events, banquets, and bar service when applicable. Conduct staff interviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations to develop a motivated hospitality team focused on continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience managing restaurants or quick service & fast food establishments with a strong background in food industry operations. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as

; experience with cash handling and sales reporting is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, managing shifts, and conducting staff training & development initiatives. Strong understanding of inventory control, food safety management (including HACCP standards), and food handling procedures. Ability to analyze financial data including profit & loss statements; experience with budgeting is preferred. Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to service excellence. Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Basic math skills for order accuracy and financial reconciliation; proficiency in managing hospitality teams is required.
