Someone who can run a busy shift with a level head, knows how to bring out the best in a team and treats every guest like they just walked into their own home. This isn't a role where you'll sit behind a desk pushing paperwork. Is there a reasonable amount of admin work? Sure, but you'll primarily be on the floor, in the mix, solving problems in real time, training the next great server or bartender, and making sure the restaurant captures the true spirit of

The Day-to-Day:

Running shifts

• pre-shift meetings, floor management, seating and pacing, and jumping into any FOH position when the team needs an extra set of hands Hiring, training, and mentoring FOH staff, keeping lead server and lead bartender roles staffed and strong Handling guest concerns with genuine care
• not a script, an actual conversation Assisting GM with managing inventory, PAR levels, and ordering Holding the team accountable
• fairly and by example
• using our Handbook and SOPs Showing up for weekly leadership meetings, monthly one-on-ones, quarterly check-ins Making sure the room feels right
• lighting, music, vibe, the details guests notice without knowing why What you bring: 3+ years restaurant management experience (bar/bottle shop experience a plus) Bachelor's degree Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through, organized and comfortable with administrative work alongside the floor time Real leadership instincts
• accountable without being a jerk about it, calm when Friday night goes sideways Smart, adaptable, and eager to learn A genuine passion for food, beverage, and people Physical stamina for restaurant life
