Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction Lead, motivate, and supervise team members, including staff training and development to foster a positive work environment Manage food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and proper food handling procedures Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations Assist in managing kitchen activities, including food production, cooking, and ensuring timely service delivery Support management in analyzing profit and loss reports, budgeting efforts, and implementing cost-control measures Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure positive dining experiences Participate in staff scheduling, interviewing potential team members, and managing shift coverage to meet business needs Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food preparation and cooking skills Familiarity with POS system (TOAST); cash handling expertise required Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within hospitality or restaurant settings Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures Strong understanding of inventory control, food production processes, and kitchen management Excellent communication skills for managerial conversations, staff training, and customer service interactions Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, budgeting, and P&L analysis Experience in managing hospitality teams with leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and accountability Skilled in managing shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Background in culinary arts or food industry management preferred; casual dining or banquet experience advantageous Join our team to build your leadership skills in a vibrant environment where your growth is supported! Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
