Assistant Kitchen Manager — Harvest Artisan Cafe (Huntersville, NC) Full Time $16

Want to be part of a mission-driven cafe that's changing how people eat and feel in the Lake Norman area? Harvest Artisan Cafe is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to join our tight-knit crew. You'll be prepping and crafting delicious hot food, smoothies, and acai bowls that our guests rave about — all while helping us build something special behind the scenes.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare ingredients and dishes in advance to keep service running smoothly Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
• Notify when things are running low running out
• Work as a team player with fellow cooks — especially during the lunch rush
• Follow recipes for sauces, dressings, bowls, paninis, and more with precision and added creativity at times
• Wash dishes as needed and put away clean items promptly
• Sweep, mop, and wipe down your station and the kitchen at the end of each shift
• Take out trash daily
• Be alert, communicative, and contribute to a positive kitchen environment
