This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can help run shifts, lead team members, protect food quality, and keep the restaurant operating the right way. What We Offer Pay up to $18/hour based on experience 50% off employee meal while working Hands-on training Paid vacations Growth opportunity into higher management Supportive team environment Hourly Manager Responsibilities Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations Work with the General Manager to follow food safety standards Balance speed, quality, cleanliness, and guest service Make sure food is prepared to company standards Follow portion sizes, recipes, cooking methods, and kitchen rules Ensure team members use checklists and follow procedures Help maintain proper prep levels based on sales Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and daily paperwork Help control food cost, waste, and labor during the shift Coach and train team members Help hold employees accountable Maintain equipment and report issues as needed Assist with training and developing hourly team members What We Are Looking For 1 year + restaurant experience required Previous shift lead, or management experience required Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to lead people in a fast-paced restaurant Willingness to learn and follow company policy Takes initiative and does not wait to be told every step Strong focus on food quality, cleanliness, and guest service Open availability required Must be able to work a changing schedule, including weekends and holidays Schedule Full-time or part-time management hours available Weekend and holiday availability required In-person position Requirements Previous restaurant experience required Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment Must be dependable and able to lead by example Apply Today We are looking for strong hourly leaders who want to grow.
