• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Requirements:

Successful previous experience in QSR Management Previous Drive-thru/customer service experience Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments Meet safety and sanitation standards Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations Work well in a team environment Strong leadership and organization skills Fluent in English In 1950, Bill Rosenberg opened the first Dunkin' shop in Quincy, Massachusetts.
