RESTAURANT MANAGER

Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria We are seeking an experienced, professional, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy Italian restaurant and pizzeria. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive restaurant management experience, excellent hospitality skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth, efficient service. Lead, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff. Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively. Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure seamless operations. Monitor labor costs, inventory, and overall operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and restaurant policies. Maintain a professional, organized, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience. Previous experience in an Italian restaurant or high-volume pizzeria strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and restaurant service standards. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
