Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff coordination to ensure smooth functioning during all shifts Lead and motivate team members through effective training, development, and performance management to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality Manage inventory control processes, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems Enforce food safety protocols and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment Making all food items, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and maintaining quality standards! Qualifications that would be great but ARE NOT required as we do offer paid training: Some in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within the food industry willing to learn food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety practices Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in fast-paced settings Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food service management principles Ability to train staff effectively in food safety standards, and hospitality best practices Join our team to lead with energy and enthusiasm!
