General Manager Wingstop - 3.2 Hamburg, NY Job Details Full-time $63,000 - $74,000 a year 17 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Employee discount Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Up to 18000 per year in performance bonus available on top of base salary. 500 dollar signing bonus available 90 days after first day worked. 500 dollar retention bonus available 180 days after first day worked. The General Manager is passionate about Restaurants, Guest Experience, Team Development and provides strategic direction for the restaurant team. The GM acts as the primary support for the GMs in his/her designated area. The General Manager must convey the company culture to his/her staff and be a creative team player who likes to work hard, have fun, and show sincere dedication serving the world flavor the Wing Stop way!
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Leadership :
Mentors all positions within his/her restaurant to ensure a high level of engagement and success. Maintains availability for the development of all operational personnel.
Maintain Culture :
Support, reinforce, and align decisions with Wingstop's Culture.
Operational Assistance :
Trains and role models standards to ensure restaurant is delivering the Done Right, On Time promise, and an exceptional Guest Experience.
Manage Strategic Initiatives :
Understands, defines, and delivers the purpose, requirements, and desired results of all Company programs. Leads his/her respective restaurant team in the execution of these programs.
Leverage Support:
Utilize multi unit manager, QSC evaluations, and area support personnel to identify and mitigate any needs or gaps in current business practices. Lead support personnel in the planning, development, and implementation of operational improvement practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
: High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred •Experience in an organization where he/she had specific career progression •Knowledge and skills in staffing with a proven record of results Knowledge of Labor Laws Knowledge in Food Safety, Local and State Health Requirements, Inspections and Quality, Service and Cleanliness audits We're not in the wing business.
