Work directly with ownership, support the dining room and bar teams, and keep the kitchen and service staff connected through each shift. What you'll do

• Welcome guests, build relationships with regulars, and resolve service concerns.
• Lead the front-of-house and bar teams with clear expectations, support, and accountability.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to keep service and communication smooth.
• Maintain food and beverage standards and pay attention to the details of each service.
• Handle daily operations, basic closeout procedures, and restaurant administration.
