Job Description
Job description: Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Wingstop. The General Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. Key responsibilities include Weekly inventory Placing food orders Overall organization and cleanliness of the store Creating and managing the schedule Finalizing payroll Onboarding and training new staff Qualifications • Experience meeting restaurant performance goals, including customer service, sales, and team performance. • Track employee performance, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and develop team members for internal growth and promotion opportunities. Previous experience in a restaurant or food service management role is required (3+ years preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment ServSafe Manager Certification Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Comfortable working in a kitchen setting Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures Experience working with Aloha POS systems All candidates must be ready, willing, and able to work a fully flexible work schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the fluctuating business demands.
