KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, train, and motivate a high-performance team Deliver exceptional food quality, speed, and hospitality Own labor, food cost, and financial performance Drive sales growth and operational excellence Ensure food safety and compliance standards Develop Assistant Managers into future leaders Protect and elevate Cabo Fresh's culture

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years as a Restaurant General Manager (preferred) High-volume fast-casual or full-service experience Proven P&L management success Stable, upward-trending career history Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Professional, reliable, and disciplined
