Job Description
Buckeye Chocolate Company is hiring for a manager position at our Chardon location. Must have previous experience at a coffee shop that serves food and beverages.
Job Role:
~ This position is working 2-3 shifts on the floor 18-30 hrs (depending on how many hours desired) plus managerial work 8-10 hours per week- Staff support and development, staff training on new positions
- Making sure customers are treated with hospitality and consistency in the café
- Helping cover or find covers for call offs
- Keeping the café clean and organized
- Keeping inventory and placing orders
- Taking care of the café plants
- Making store and bank runs weekly
- Helping develop new seasonal drink menu ideas and running specials for food or drink
- Setting up for holidays, decorating café, making sure chocolates are well organized and full
- Approving/editing time cards before turning over to payroll
