We're a family-style pizzeria with 25 years serving the Sheffield Lake community, looking for a Shift Leader to help run the floor and keep things moving during busy shifts. What you'll do: Open or close the shop, including cash drawer counts and POS (Toast) reconciliation Supervise and coordinate staff during your shift — cooks, drivers, counter staff Handle customer issues on the spot and know when to escalate Keep food quality and prep consistent with our standards Manage inventory checks and flag low stock (dough, cheese, toppings, boxes) Enforce food safety and cleanliness standards throughout the shift Step in on the line or register when needed — this isn't a desk job What we're looking for: 1+ years in a restaurant or food service leadership role (shift lead, key holder, or similar) Comfortable with POS systems (Toast experience a plus) Can stay calm and organized during a Friday-night rush Reliable, on time, and able to hold the team accountable Basic food safety knowledge (ServSafe certification a plus, or willing to obtain) Available for evenings/weekends What we offer: Competitive pay, $17-18 plus tips where applicable Flexible scheduling Employee Discount A tight-knit team and a shop that's been part of this neighborhood for a generation
