We work with Buffalo Wild Wings to find the best of the best when it comes to restaurant managers. You will have the opportunity to help fuel moments worth sharing - for our guests and our team members. As a Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the operation of our Sports Bar on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the General Manager in providing support and coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping with the moments worth sharing for guests.

Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and supervise daily restaurant operations to maximize efficiency Conduct staff training sessions on food production, customer service, safety protocols, and POS system usage Requirements Proven experience in quick service restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory experience with team leadership and staff training capabilities Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and health regulations Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis Excellent communication skills for managerial communication, interviewing potential team members, and customer interactions A passion for hospitality management with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences Join us as we create memorable dining experiences through exceptional leadership! Pay:

$48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
