Join the culinary team at Alton L Collins Conference & Retreat Center as an Assistant Kitchen Manager, where you'll support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. What You'll Do:

Work as second in command to the Head Chef, supporting all aspects of kitchen managementPlan and organize daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient serviceSupervise and mentor kitchen staff membersOversee preparation and service of three daily meals for group reservations ranging from 10 to 60 peopleManage diverse dietary accommodations with care and attention to detailMaintain food safety and sanitation standardsCollaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning and food cost management
