Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE

The Head Chef must be able of attend to the facility and patient's nutrition/diet needs. The goal is to provide culinary services for patients that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation as superior provider Substance Abuse Rehabilitation.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Culinary School Training

EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years' experience in Managing a Commercial Kitchen.

SKILLS/ABILITIES

Ability to work as a team member and have management communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under stressful conditions and be flexible in relation to department needs. Demonstrates Proficiency in Verbal & Written Communication Skills. Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Patient Confidentiality Laws. Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace Policies. Knowledge of Workplace Violence. Knowledge of Corporate Integrity & Compliance Program. Knowledge of current utilized technology.
