Responsibilities Supervise all bar operations, including food preparation, beverage service, and cleanliness standards to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to safety protocols. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food and beverage management. Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations through proper food handling and sanitation practices. Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and handle staff training to optimize team performance. Conduct profit and loss analysis to meet financial goals while maintaining high-quality service standards. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining settings with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and beverage service. Demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience within the hospitality industry, including team management and staff training. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and sales processing. Knowledge of inventory control, food safety management, and food production processes. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage hospitality teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, training & development, and team leadership. Basic math skills for budgeting, profit analysis, and daily operational tasks. Experience in managing kitchen operations or bar experience is highly desirable. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
