You can find Sky Dine in the Rapid City Regional Airport where we offer a variety of food and beverage services. Here's what you'll get to do: Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Ensure the quality and consistency of food and beverages. Interact with customers and ensure they have a positive experience. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement and maintain quality standards and procedures. Recruit, train, and supervise staff members. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff. Manage and lead a team to maintain high production, productivity, and quality standards. Create a positive and exciting workplace culture. Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and minimize waste. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers. Manage budgets for the restaurant. Handle payroll and finance reporting. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Coordinate promotions, events, and special offers. Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant. Here's what will get you noticed: Proven management experience in the restaurant industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
