Job Overview Join the team at Hardee's, a leader in the fast-food industry known for our delicious charbroiled burgers and exceptional customer service. We're looking for enthusiastic leaders who are passionate about developing teams, managing restaurant operations, and providing a great dining experience. As an RGM or AGM, you'll help lead the team in delivering high-quality service while maintaining our standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. The RGM leads restaurant operations and team performance, while the AGM supports the RGM in executing daily operations and coaching the team. Responsibilities Lead and support team members to provide friendly, accurate, and timely guest service. Oversee food preparation to ensure company recipes and quality standards are followed. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked restaurant. Ensure kitchen equipment is operated safely and efficiently. Oversee cash handling and maintain accurate registers. Coordinate daily operations to meet guest needs and support team performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines. Train and coach employees to strengthen service and operational performance. Restaurant General Manager (RGM): Take responsibility for overall restaurant operations and team leadership. Set clear expectations, drive results, and guide the team toward restaurant success. Assistant General Manager (AGM): Support the RGM in managing daily restaurant operations. Take on leadership responsibilities and reinforce team expectations and restaurant standards. Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills. A dependable, energetic approach and a commitment to great guest service. Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented. Willingness to train, coach, and support team members. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
