Assistant Kitchen Manager #10 The Texan Stores is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager in leading kitchen operations at our store in Schulenburg, Texas . Our large and beautifully designed convenience stores serve a variety of merchandise, including fresh-made to order food and grab-and-go options. We are seen as a "restaurant that serves gas,". We are looking for a savvy kitchen leader to join our team and drive food sales while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Train and coach a successful team of kitchen staff Drive food sales and ensure successful restaurant operations Complete daily paperwork and audits, and ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-stocked Promote sales traffic in the restaurant area and liaise with vendors Lead and coach the team to excellence in food service operations
