Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and team management Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales tracking Supervise food preparation, cooking processes, and ensure quality control in all culinary activities Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote excellent customer service experiences Assist with shift management, scheduling staff shifts to meet business needs Conduct staff interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a strong team Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis and budgeting efforts Requirements Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management and staff training skills Knowledge of food safety management standards and regulations Excellent communication skills with managerial and hospitality teams Ability to perform basic math accurately for inventory control and cash handling tasks Experience in managing hospitality teams within diverse food industry settings such as catering, banquet, or hotel environments is a plus Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding dining experiences!
