What You'll Do As a Shift Manager, you help keep the restaurant running smoothly and create a positive experience for both guests and team members. In this role, you will: Lead and support your team throughout the shift Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally Train new employees and reinforce Wendy's standards Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures Ensure orders are accurate, timely, and meet brand expectations Help foster a friendly, fast-paced, and encouraging work environment What You Bring To be successful, you should have: At least one year of restaurant experience Experience leading, organizing, or supervising a team Strong customer service, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills The ability to give and receive direction respectfully Flexible availability, including nights and weekends Physical & Job Requirements Shift Managers must be able to: Travel to other Wendy's locations when needed Stand, walk, and move throughout the shift Lift 25-50 lbs. occasionally Work in various weather conditions (such as rain while assisting drive‑thru or taking out trash) Use restaurant equipment including headsets, registers, grills, and follow all brand standards Why Wendy's We believe people are our greatest strength.
