Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Manager to lead our fast food restaurant team. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure efficiency and quality. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and well-trained team. Supervise food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations across all kitchen and front-of-house activities. Handle inventory control, including stock rotation, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking. Monitor shift performance, resolve customer complaints promptly, and maintain high standards of customer service. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and promote teamwork. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management is essential; casual dining or hospitality management experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of food production, food safety management, and kitchen operations. Familiarity with POS systems for transaction processing. Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing staff training programs. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently. Demonstrated ability to analyze profit and loss statements and manage budgets effectively. Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with staff, handle customer interactions, and lead a team efficiently. Pay:
