Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards in food preparation, presentation, and safety. Manage staff recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team. Oversee inventory control processes including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to maximize profitability. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy. Supervise kitchen activities including food production, cooking techniques, and food safety management to ensure top-quality offerings. Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures to meet business goals. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest feedback promptly and fostering a welcoming environment. Coordinate shift management responsibilities including scheduling staff shifts and ensuring operational coverage during peak hours. Implement staff training programs focused on food handling, hospitality best practices, and team leadership skills. Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols related to food safety management and sanitation practices. Qualifications Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food industry operations. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and culinary standards. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills required. Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality management or restaurant management roles. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills for managing teams effectively. Familiarity with inventory control procedures, food safety regulations, and budget management practices. Prior experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
