$21-$23 per hour, based on experience Club TEN is looking for a dependable, experienced restaurant professional to lead shifts, support our employees, and help strengthen and grow our operation. This is a hands-on, non-tipped leadership position. The Shift Manager oversees the shift and support all areas of the business, including the kitchen, bar, dining room, bowling lanes, and golf simulators. Responsibilities Lead shifts and serve as the main point of contact for employees and guests Maintain communication between the kitchen and front of house Monitor food quality, ticket times, service standards, and guest satisfaction Coach employees and keep the team focused during busy periods Resolve guest concerns and make operational decisions Assist with opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures Jump in wherever support is needed Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and teamwork What We're Looking For Previous restaurant, bar, or food-service experience An understanding of how the front and back of house work together The ability to recognize when it's time to shift into high gear and motivate the team to move with urgency A hands-on leadership style and willingness to help wherever the pressure is greatest The ability to use slower periods productively by cleaning, organizing, restocking, and preparing for the next rush Dependability, organization, and confident decision-making A positive, respectful approach to coaching and communication An interest in helping develop the team and grow Club TEN Previous restaurant leadership experience is strongly preferred. We will also consider an experienced restaurant employee who is ready to take the next step into leadership. This position primarily works nights and weekends.
