Job Description

Back of House (Kitchen) Manager - Tavern 307 Tavern 307 is looking for a motivated Back of House Manager to lead our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support the kitchen staff. Ensure quality and consistency in every meal. Work alongside the team in a fast-paced environment. Train, coach, and motivate employees. Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.

Qualifications:

Kitchen leadership or management experience preferred. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to lead by example. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passion for quality food and hospitality.
