Full Job Description Shift Leader Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the shift staff
• Ensure smooth operations during the shift, including opening and closing procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
• Train and mentor new team members
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Oversee food production and ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with bartending duties as necessary
• Coordinate banquet and catering events
• Collaborate with the assistant manager to implement company policies and procedures

Skills:

• Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a coffee shop, hotel, or banquet setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
