About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Manager to lead our Vilonia drive-thru! You'll own the day-to-day operation of the store: building and coaching a strong team, keeping the line moving, and making sure every guest leaves happy. If you love coffee, people, and running a tight shift, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead daily store operations, from opening to close, with a focus on speed, quality, and consistency Hire, train, schedule, and develop your team, including shift leads Create a welcoming experience for every guest and handle concerns quickly and kindly Drive sales and hit store goals through upselling, promotions, and local community involvement Manage inventory, ordering, and waste to keep the store stocked and costs in check Monitor labor, food costs, and other key numbers, and act on what they show Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and company standards on every shift Step in on the floor and at the window whenever the team needs you What You Bring 1-2+ years of supervisory or management experience in food service, coffee, or retail [adjust as needed] A leadership style that motivates people and holds them accountable Strong organization and the ability to juggle priorities during a rush Clear, friendly communication with guests and team members Comfort with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic reporting Availability for early mornings, weekends, and some holidays Bilingual skills are a plus What We Offer Pay range / bonus opportunities PTO, free drinks, employee discount Growth path, e.g. room to advance into multi-unit leadership Ready to lead?
