Are you interested in being a leader in the restaurant who can follow a path to get to full time management? We are looking for individuals who have been in the restaurant as a trainer or shift lead, who might not have management experience but are interested in becoming one. You will be certified in all BOH and FOH positions, and then in our management role. You will work both an hourly position and shifts as a manager. We are looking for skilled and highly motivated individuals, with the following qualifications: Minimum of two years of full-service or fast casual restaurant experience, preferably with server, bartender, and or kitchen/BOH experience Shift lead and trainer experience At least 21 years of age You will be responsible with keys to open/close the restaurant, and cash handling Supervises, observes, directs, and provides feedback to employees. Demonstrates, promotes, and develops the company culture. Adheres to all operating standards and procedures. Informs management team of any necessary changes or feedback. Responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of the staff Positive, team-based leadership Upholds safe work practices and legal compliance in all areas. Demonstrates professionalism and holds staff accountable for professional behavior. Valid food handlers card, or able to obtain one prior to the completion of training Valid RBS or Title 4 certification, or able to obtain one prior to the completion of training Strong work ethic with attention to detail Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job description Desire to work in a diverse environment that promotes belonging and inclusionWhat You Will Gain:
