Job Description
Job Overview As a Team Leader at our retail store, you will be supporting the store manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management and restocking
- Handle cash handling procedures and oversee POS transactions
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet revenue targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
- Conduct employee orientation and performance reviews
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment Skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and retail math
- Experience in shift management and team supervision
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of POS systems for efficient transaction processing
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals
- Previous experience in restaurant or retail sales leadership is a plus Qualifications
