The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service quality, and leading the team to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and manage team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations. Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items while maintaining high culinary standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Requirements Proven experience in team management within the food industry, preferably in quick service fast food restaurants or casual dining settings.
