Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a smooth workflow, and leading the team effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shifts, supervising staff, and ensuring the restaurant environment meets high standards of quality and safety. This position offers a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our busy dining establishments. Availability to work at our Ojai and Oak View stores. Responsibilities Manage daily shift operations to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction Lead, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high performance standards Oversee team activities during service hours, providing guidance and support as needed Coordinate training sessions at both locations to ensure staff are well-informed about policies, procedures, and service expectations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across both venues Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly to uphold excellent service standards Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety within the restaurant environment Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members as required Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Comfortable working across two different locations with adaptability to changing environments Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to food service establishments This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Pay:
