This role foucuses on front-line opereational flow, team coordination, and customer service without administrative/HR suprvisory duties. You will act as the key liaison, ensuring seamless communication, balanced station support, and outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

Owner-Team Liaison:

Clearly convey daily instructions from the owner to shift member. Report daily operational updates, floor highlights, and team needs back to the owner. Cross-Station Versatility (FOH & BOH): Proficient in both Front-of-House (seating, order taking, expediting) and Back-of-House (prep, kitchen coordination, cleanliness) workflows, ready to step in whenever needed.

Workflow & Floor Balance:

Monitor dining room pace and station workloads; guide team members on task prioritization to maintain smooth operations during peak hours.

Customer Interaction:

Deliver attentive guest service, address diner requests or inquires professionally, and ensure a welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications:

2+ years of restaurant experience with hands-on exposure to both FOH and BOH operations.

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Conversational English for daily guest interactions. Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to handle fast-pace dining environments.

Work Authorization:

Legally authorized to work in the US (standard W-2 payroll reporting). Valid California Food Handler Card (San Bernardino County) or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Pay:

$17.50 - $19.00 per hour
