Job Description

FOH SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

Supervise the FOH team Train team members to ensure best-in-class customer service Manage POS system and guest food ordering Understand detailed food menu & communicate with guests Service, service, service!

Requirements:

At least 18 years old Ability to communicate in English Ability to adapt and follow instructions Ability to move freely around the kitchen Ability to lift loads of 25-50 pounds Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well in teams and grow team members

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor Desire to satisfy guests and build repeat customers Strong attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well in teams and grow team members
