Duties Supervise and coordinate evening janitorial staff to ensure efficient cleaning operations across all designated areas Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to maintain high standards of cleanliness Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify compliance with safety regulations and cleanliness standards Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance Enforce safety protocols related to industrial cleaning, laundry services, and custodial activities Prepare shift reports documenting completed tasks, incidents, and any maintenance needs or safety concerns Skills Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with a strong background in industrial or commercial cleaning Demonstrated staff supervision and team management capabilities with supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Experience with hotel or hospitality housekeeping management is a plus Excellent organizational skills for managing supplies, schedules, and reporting tasks Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members at all levels This position offers an engaging environment where your leadership makes a tangible difference every day.
