Business hours are Sunday -Thursday 8am-9pm and Friday and Saturday 8am-10 pm.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Be a strong Leader and visible on the floor during all peak periods. Demonstrate the Vision, Mission and Values of Friendly Restaurants Inc. Be involved in the Guest Service experience. Respond to guest complaints following the Recovery system. Reinforce positive guest experience to encourage repeat business. Float the restaurant to ensure a positive work environment. Maintain a good work ethic every shift. Demonstrate strong character and distinguish yourself as the leader on every shift. Training staff to follow restaurant procedures. Maintain safety and food quality standards. Handle high stress situations calmly and with good judgment to please guests and keep staff focused on their daily goals. Must be able to use a computer/ follow proper cash handling procedures.

Pay:

$18.50 - $21.50 per hour
