Full-time; flexibility required across all days (Mon-Sun, all shifts) This is a full-time Shift Leader role at the Five Guys location in North Haven. You run the shift, coach the crew, and keep food and service on track during night and late-night hours. It fits someone with prior restaurant lead time who can drive, show up reliably, and cover a flexible full-week schedule.

Qualifications:

What You Need (Required): 18 years or older High school diploma or GED 2 or more years of job experience Full-time availability with schedule flexibility (all days, all shifts) Driver required Access to reliable transportation US resident Able to work night and late-night shifts On occasion: lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs; kneel, bend, stoop, climb stairs; reach and grasp Nice to Have (Preferred): Some college Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Your Day-to-Day Run the shift as a hands-on working lead Keep the restaurant clean and handle basic maintenance during the shift Make sure food orders are prepared correctly Coach and train crew on procedures while the shift is underway Step in on guest issues and keep service moving Watch labor, waste, cash handling, and inventory; pass accurate numbers to the General Manager Screen applicants, turn in new-hire and separation paperwork on time, and back store programs during your shift Pay & What You Get $19.44 per hour base pay Tips up to $2.00 per hour Performance bonus $1.00 per hour Total earning potential up to $22.50 per hour Full-time schedule Night and late-night shifts This Job Is Open to applicants without a college diploma.
