We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the shift operations, including opening and closing procedures
Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process of new team members
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

Skills:

Previous experience in shift management or supervisory role within the food service industry
Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in food service management, including food preparation, safety, and sanitation guidelines
