As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the shift operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process of new team members
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

Skills:

• Previous experience in shift management or supervisory role within the food service industry
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in food service management, including food preparation, safety, and sanitation guidelines
