We are looking for a Shift Lead to manage and lead 1 location for ~40 hours a week. The location currently has experienced and knowledgeable crew members, and the Shift Lead would be responsible for elevating the quality, cleanliness, efficiency, and sales for this location. About You The Shift Lead will possess leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and encourage crew members to perform at their best. The Shift Lead is not above any tasks performed by the team, and steps in to help or train as needed. This person is driven by the success of others and remains curious to find ways to improve business standards.

Experience / Qualifications

• Will manage and train crew members upon onboarding and throughout shifts by ensuring team members meet quality standards, sales goals, and high customer satisfaction levels while ensure all responsibilities are performed accurately (including back-end prep, cleaning, register, and more)
• Will own manager level tasks including but not limited to inventory ordering, crew member scheduling, cash handling, and dispute and issue resolution
• Will be responsible for creating, updating, and / or enforcing training materials, job aids, and standard operating procedures to follow Little Caesars corporate guidelines and standards
• The ability to utilize equipment efficiently, effectively, and safely (including but not limited to dough machine, sheeter machine, sauce machine, oven, scale, telephone, cash register)
• The ability to communicate with customers and team members effectively
• The ability to legally operate a vehicle in the state of Georgia to and from work
• The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• The ability to reach and move items from as high as 6 feet and as low as 6 inches off the ground
• Must be able to work ~40 hours a week including weekends as needed Benefits / Pay
