Responsibilities Prepare smoothies and food items to Tropical Smoothie Cafe recipes and brand standards Provide fast, friendly, and accurate guest service at the counter and drive-thru (if applicable) Operate POS system, handle cash, and follow cash-handling procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and dining space Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures Support inventory stocking, rotation, and basic prep tasks Work collaboratively with team members and leaders to meet service and quality goals Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Uphold DYNE's people-first, guest-obsessed culture and core values Participate in training and cross-training to support growth and advancement Required Skills Food preparation Point-of-sale (POS) operation Cash handling and reconciliation Food safety and sanitation Inventory stocking and rotation Customer service Upselling and suggestive selling Basic scheduling and shift coverage Team communication Opening and closing procedures
