2nd Shift Supervisor - Contract

Job Description

Temporary 2nd Shift Site Supervisor 4pm - 10pm or 5pm -11pm, Monday thru Saturday or Sunday thru Friday.
Position Summary:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all onsite workforce operations to ensure client staffing needs are consistently met through the development and implementation of effective recruitment and employee engagement activities. As the primary escalation point for onsite challenges, the Site Supervisor creates and maintains strong relationships with clients and field talent by providing clear directives with respect to HR and safety policies, and consistently delivers results aligned with operational goals. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Workforce Management Apply professional skill and judgment to identify, develop and execute all recruitment activities necessary to ensure the availability of a continuous stream of high-value and appropriate talent to meet client staffing and business development needs. Manage all facets of talentrecruitment, from development and implementation of individual sourcing strategies to exercising professional judgment with respect to placement and retention decisions. Meet or exceed all recruitment metrics and maintain compliance with internal processes. Keep appropriate records of all recruiting activities. Timely address all phone, email, text, and walk-in inquiries. Actively participate in unemployment processes and Workers' Compensation programs and policies as needed at the site. Maintain a regular presence in the facility to monitor workforceperformance, address concerns, and strengthen employee relations. Performance, Accountability & Leadership Work collaboratively with clients to develop and understand appropriate staffing expectations and site operational goals, and ensure all staffing decisions are designed to advance those goals and expectations. Consistently meet or exceed objectives related to recruiting, and workforce performance compliance. Act as an escalation point for onsite challenges, modeling best practices and driving consistency. Foster a team-oriented environment, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations. Collaboration & Values Demonstrate company values through service to clients, field talent, and colleagues. Identify, manage, and escalate risk and safety concerns with urgency, involving appropriate internal teams when necessary. Maintain a strong working knowledge of HR-related processes, including how to manage and escalate issues related to harassment, safety, and employment termination. Perform additional site duties as needed to support overall performance and client satisfaction.

100% accuracy in recordkeeping and timely completion of unemployment and Workers'Compensation processes.
Client Impact:
Positive feedback from client management and improved operational efficiency through proactive engagement.
Workforce Performance:
Reduced absenteeism and turnover, with measurable improvements in productivity and cycle time.
Risk Management:
Zero safety violations and timely resolution of employee relations issues. High responsiveness to client and talent inquiries, resulting in improved satisfaction scores. Experience and skills that align well with this role include 2+ years ofrelevant experience. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. High level of responsiveness and engagement. Team-oriented with a willingness to help. Highly resourceful with the ability to prioritize and multitask without oversight. Strong technology and social media skills. Strong planning, time management, and analytical skills. Pay:
$21.50 - $24.00 per hour
