Seeking Shift Supervisors Come in as a shift leader on the ground floor and help scale the business quickly with the opportunity to grow fast! Wear a ton of hats, have an assortment of responsibilities, and be empowered early on. Looking for someone that is hungry, excited to start a career with an incredible brand and awesome team culture! As a Shift Supervisor, some of your responsibilities include:

• Be a brand ambassador of our core values and brand nature
• Effectively lead, develop, and motivate a small team (2-4 people on a shift)
• Deliver high quality products and extraordinary guest experiences based on brand standards and operating procedures
• Partner with the Store Leadership Team to grow sales and maximize profitability This opportunity is for you if:

You meet these requirements:

• 1+ year(s) shift management experience
• Available to work weekends
• Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to drive positive results
• Proven ability to run great shifts
• At least 18 years of age
• Satisfy a background check
